I think the dude might have been intending to add his choice of worst sexual experience using a movie title to that thread but instead ended up posting it as a new topic. I'm assuming "28 Days Later" refers to receiving a call from the girl he had a one-night stand with telling him she's preggers.

Just a hunch...

Yeah, then he realises that making babies are actually cool, so he go and find more one-night stands! But like his mom always used to tell him, money comes 1st. wonder what's next.

Speaking of which, here's a bit of useless pondering...

Zombies are undead, right? So if you kill a zombie does that make it un-undead and, by logical extension, alive?

Hmmmm....

The people in '28 Days Later' are infected with the 'rage' virus, they are not zombies, they are not undead.

It's actually a halfway decent film. Unfortunately the half good bit is the first half, which is a blatant rip off of John Wyndham's day of the triffids. It soon becomes ludicrous when the British soldiers all go mad over the girls for no apparent reason.

The squaddies in Dog Soldiers were much more lifelike.

It also spawned a dreadful Americanised sequel.

The ending which was used, which sees our hero miraculously restored from a stomach wound and rescue on its way is actually a cop out. The original, much darker ending, was far more effective and true to the original spirit of the piece.

It's not a bad little film though, any British horror film is to be encouraged but it's not a patch on the tremendous 'Descent'.

Thanks for the clarification on the zombies vs. people going freakin' bonkers. I saw the original a looong time ago and had forgotten that subtle difference (hehe).

And yes, I think you may be right about me being right about the original post being a reply to the other thread. I'm just that good! LOL!
