Yes, the horny room has a hacker resident at the moment. Unfortunately, as far as history states, there is nothing that can be done to remove him.
He also usually goes away after a time and in generally harmless unless you are vocal about him in the room.
I know its a shit answer but that is all there is to give right now. Branch out into other rooms for a while or just plain ignore it. Those are about the only options.
