OK! 12:46, time to rant, because no one cares, and its probably gonna get at least 6 likes, beacause ya'll got nothing better to do than wait for shit to pop uo on your news feed at this wonderful hour, so what better time, to listen to the sound of my own voice....so politics, yeah.. but here's our deal... we are pretty awesome. We have nice shit, freedom, and opertunity, but one problem. The way our system is run, has been hijacked, and people view it as congress bickering and fighting. Heres the deal. They are chummy, chummy! You think people that smart, with the degrees they have can really be that dumb!? the constant media attention, and the heated debates are just distractions, and an image they create, kinda like the way a reality TV show pictures "real life". It's easy with modern technology these days. Stupid issues like abortion, global warming, censorship, evolution vs. creationism, the useless and wasteful drug war (we are the ones funding the cartels for fucks sake!!) , and healthcare are all stupid issues that the news highlights to distract people from the fact that we are in economic crisis, our troops are dying in vein, we are loseing jobs, and we are in horrible debt. Unfortunantly the vast majority of congress are bought out. The republicans by other countires, fortune 500 companies, big ass conglomerates, and other high ranking officials. Democrats by the media companies, the lawyer lobby, and drug companies. They essentially are the ones writing the laws. The president is powerless against congress, because his job is to enforce the laws congress creates. They are giving the real tax cuts to the richest of the rich, and a lot of these dumbfuck protesters keep shit talking the regular rich people, who don't get as nice of a tax cut, and trying to have taxes raised on, when they are the ones who are creating jobs, and re distributing the wealth (you know so many rich people donate to children hospitals and shit like that). Without the upper class, and the upper middle class, there would be no economy, no small businesses (a good majoity of our economy) would crumble, the middle class would crumble, everyone looses jobs. The real assholes are companies like G.E, who paid no taxes at all. Even taxing them at a mere 10% would allow us to balance the budget. The main problem is that Americans got cough up with working two jobs, being a single parent, not being educated, aware, and self thinking, and taking our freedom for granted, getting caught up in drama, fighting, racism, predjucice and being polarized, and "bi-partizin" to realize a crook is a crook, weather hes red or blue. It makes no sence, how we still are not balancing the budget. We make the i Phone faster, and we can even make it talk to you, and yet you cant balance a fucking checkbook!? That sounds like total crap to me.

Yep, so thats it. I feel good now.

Go study economics esp free market economics and perhaps english and a bit of spelling and then have a rant as most of this is tripe as is most of the "Occupy" movement. Blah, blah, blah, who is to blame for my bad life?

If you want to know who is largely to blame for the economic crisis and govts up to their ass in debt then look no further than the humble consumer and his/her gimme it now attitude. Don't have money, borrow it, things go downhill because I borrowed too much, no worries, the govt will rescue me.

The govts are to blame for not telling their citizens to shut the fuck up and stop bitching and live within your means. At some point you have to pay the piper. But noooooo, all you have to do is complain and protest about how the big bad corporations are pillaging the world.

What Bullshit!!!! Now there's a rant.

spelling has never been my thing. I've studied economics by the way. Also yeah i agree. The people are to blame. again is not reagular biz we have to worry about. Its the big ass conglomerates, like viacom, and GE. People need to be more proactive, and more educated. People assume the govt. will take care of them. Nope, they take of the guys paying them millions to fuck you over. All those sub prime morgages, they only came out becuase the govt. let them.

Dude, whether or not spelling/grammar is your “thing”, you’ll make a stronger argument if you can express your points more clearly & succinctly. Not to mention you’ll come across a bit smarter and hence give your argument a bit more credibility. (God knows it needs it).

You (sorta kinda) make the occasional good point, but your scatterbrain dump of shit that pisses you off isn’t worth the effort needed to deconstruct it and attempt to respond to every point.

My only suggestion is focus a little less of your energy on bitching about things and a bit more energy on coming up with solutions. (that’s the hard part)

Maybe a reasonable call on the spelling but that aside.

The big ass conglomerates are just businesses out to make money, true a lot of money but that's how the free market works. Try logging on to their websites and look up what they do for communities and charities and the like, you might be surprised.

Here's a question that echoes what Zoe said. You say these companies are bad and the govt has been bought out. Also people need to be more proactive and educated. Well seems like you are. So what are you going to do about it? What exactly do you want these companies and these "corrupt" governments to do? Do we become a socialist society? What's the next move?

not much i can do, im just a student. I gotta go to school, abd build my self a career, slow and steady wins the race. I wanna build up a rep. Then I can be more influential. Also I know plenty of bigger companies donate back to the community. Problem a nice amount of em, weasel their way out of taxes, and then the upper middle, and the middle class suffer. No we don't go socialist. That's the last thing we should do. Its too easy to sway congress if you have money. Don't really have an easy awenser. I cant really bullshit there, i just wanted to rant and rave. I dont have enough experience in the world to give answers, I'm just sharing what I see in my eyes.

Sharing and the right of free speech is a good thing, ranting with no sense of whether it's right or not to me is a waste of that.

Point is there are things you can do, even easier these days with online movements. Look up history, protesting has long been the provision of the student body. Start a movement to question government and big business, research what's going on and pressure the politicians to explain.

But wait a minute, you want to get a job and build a career in exactly the places you are throwing mud at. What does that say about you?
